ROUGH EDIT

  During the first phase of this project, I was raring to go and get started on it. That being said, there was an abundance of problems that immediately jumped out at me. For starters, the first documentation of the first product was sloppy and still unfinished. Not to mention, the software I'd used to develop my production crashed on me and left me unable to open the document again.
